I still maintain that the leading motivation for people to go into politics is their utter inability to do real work and hold down an actual productive job... :p
If they tried to survive in the private sector, they'd starve within a week. Maybe that's why they're trying to destroy it.

Politicians should be prohibited from breeding. In Illinois, we have career politicians followed into office by their larvae. Madigan, Stroger, Daley, et al. They are the "Royal Families."

Trust me, I know. I grew up 6 blocks from Midway. I was around when old man Daley ran things and old man Lipinski was just an alderman.
