Chicago deep dish pizza (to my taste) has changed in the past several years... it lacks zip, the flavor has gone bland. It could be that my taste buds are just aging...
Eh, 20 years ago I wasn't impressed with it, but I think for the most part the pizza places are getting too commercialized and are all buying the same generic stuff from Sysco and such places.Now that I'm here, I prefer to make my own instead of getting chain pizza.
