Instrument of Crime?

The guy that shot up the cops in Pittsburgh was charged with possessing an "instrument of crime", namely, a bulletproof vest. Does that make all the cops criminals too, or are they the "only ones" who can be trusted with them?

Personally, I thought HE was the "instrument of crime" but what do I know? I was only an Air Force cop for 20 years....

This wouldn't have made headlines outside of PA if his buddy hadn't said that he was afraid 0 was going to take his guns... and now the media are going to spin this (and all the other shootings that have been happening since 0 was crowned) to inflame the sheeple into agreeing with whichever gun ban the commies congress manages to cram down our throats.

It's gonna get worse before it gets better.
